Jack called me the day after I posted the job to replace a broken tile and he came out the same morning to give an estimate. He took a picture to show me that there were 2 broken tiles. It was a very warm day. Two men to do the job of cleaning bungalow roof of moss add a sealant Algo clear. Job done they were ready to leave I had to ask for the ground area and window sills be cleaned. This done I climbed a ladder and checked out gutters they had not been cleaned to my standard. Came back next day to complete the cleaning. Finally I paid the bill bank transfer. I expected a receipt. None forthcoming. I sent an email asking for same. To date I have not received a receipt.
